IW Vertical(Horizont) Slip-Discharge screen centrifuge takes advantage of the centrifugal force to function discharge and featured in continuity, automation, huge capacity and efficient dehydration.
Propelled by electrical motor through cone-shape barrate, the centrifugal pumps in the suspending liquid and averagely distributes on the filtering mesh around the barrate through which then discharges the liquid as well as through the filtering holes on barrate, simultaneously all the solid remainings left on filtering mesh will move forward to the end of barrate and then be discharged under the centrifugal force.
Process material's inputing, separating and discharging under full speed and features in high efficiency, large productivity, compact structure, stability, easy management and convenient maintenance.
Chiefly available for the separation of suspending liquid with density ranging from 25%-50%, contains solid particles and minimal 0.1mm granularity such as plaster, Glauber's salt, , edible salt, potash manure, plastic particle and sticky fibre,
